I'm Ready and Willing to Get Dirt-Sweaty-and-Stinky for the Sake of Science
Research Opportunities Posted by Jennifer Simonson on 2008 July 31 (Thursday) : 04:48 PM
from the gett'n dirty-sweaty-and-stinky for the the sake of science dept.
I am a graduate with a BS degree in Biology: Zoology. I have a passion for the field and for behavioral observation, and I am looking for work experience of any shape or form. Please contact me if you need a person to assist you in your research. Did I mention I love animals?
Looking for a Zoology graduate who has a passion for the field? Look no further! I am patient, passionate, and ready to work hard. Watching and documenting animals for hours on-end is what I live for. I have collected behavioral data on everything from domestic chickens to Alexander Parrots, from coyotes to cotton-top monkeys, from raccoons to tree frogs. Develop an Ethogram? No problem. Foraging, aggression, chemical communication. Mammals, birds, amphibians, fish, insects. Zoos, Aquariums, Reserves. Domestic, Captive, or Wild. I've sampled it all. What am I looking for? Any animal behavior research experience I can soak up- paid or unpaid- preferably in the field. Eager to work abroad but not limited. Though my focus is observation, I enjoy husbandry as well. Creatures great and small, I love them all!
