The Animal Rescue League of Boston is currently recruiting for two positions: Senior Applied Animal Behaviorist and Research and Teaching Manager.
Senior Applied Animal Behaviorist: This full time position will provide behavioral therapy to both owned and shelter animals, assist in the education of staff, volunteers, students and other animal welfare professionals and assist in the design and implementation of behavioral studies. At least 3 years clinical experience, DACVB, completion of approved residency, or CAAB required.

Research and Teaching Manager: This full time position in the ARL Center for Shelter Dogs will play a key role in the facilitation and coordination of research efforts and in the dissemination of findings. Ability to research, understand and summarize published literature in animal welfare and behavior is essential. Familiarity with experimental methods, statistical software, and advanced computer skills required. BS or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred. (MS, PhD, DVM, VMD)
