Princeton University's Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology plans to hire several individuals at the level of tenure-track Assistant Professor. We have broad interests in ecology, evolution, behavior, functional biology, conservation biology, and biogeochemistry. Some of these appointments may be shared with the Genomics or Neuroscience Institutes. We seek applicants who pursue research that aims for significant conceptual and/or empirical integration across traditional disciplinary boundaries and who have a strong commitment to teaching. ApplicationApplicants should write a vision statement, no longer than 2 pages, that outlines one or more major unsolved problems in their field and how they plan to address them.
