Subject: Help finding roommates for Oaxaca ABS meeting
The Animal Behavior Society (ABS) now has an online registry to help find
others to share a hotel lodging at the ABS meeting in Oaxaca, Mexico.
People who sign up will be granted online access to the names and email
addresses of others seeking room mates for the meeting. You can specify
whether you seek a double or triple room (or no preference) and the
preferred sex of your room mate. You can remove yourself from the list at
any time.
ABS is offering this service to ABS 2004 meeting registrants, but assumes
no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to
store any user communications. The service is provided *as is* with the
sole purpose of allowing ABS Meeting 2004 registrants to communicate
regarding ABS 2004 accommodations and/or travel arrangements.
ABS shall take no part in booking or confirming arrangements facilitated
through this list. All such arrangements remain the responsibility of the
person(s) involved.
By voluntarily submitting your information and signing up for the list you
agree to limit your use to ABS Meeting 2004-related business and agree
with these stated conditions. Please report any observed misuse to the
current Program Officer. However, ABS officers, staff and the ABS Meeting
2004 hosts and its agents take no responsibility for such misuse and limit
its involvement in such incidences to removing (at our discretion) the
offending list-member from the service.
