Updated information on transportation from the airport to Snowbird
Salt Lake City (SLC) has a major international airport that acts as a hub for Delta Airlines. Consequently, transportation into and out of SLC by air is relatively easy and inexpensive. SLC is also located at the confluence of several interstate highways. Ground transportation from the SLC airport to Snowbird is provided by Canyon Transport shuttle vans. An Enterprise car rental service is available at Snowbird.
No dogs are allowed at the meeting site.
No dogs are allowed at the meeting, as it is located in a watershed canyon. There is a hefty fine involved. The closest kennel to the resort is the Willow Creek Clinic ( 801-942-077). - Snowbird management

Poster Boards Dimensions for Meeting
Maximum Poster Dimensions are 3' 10" high x 7' 8" long (wide). The total dimensions of the Poster Boards are 4ft x 8ft with about an inch of metal framing all around. ABS will need to pin a small card indicating the poster number and thus needs 3 inches to the left of your poster.
Camping is an option at Snowbird!
There are two National Forest campsites near snowbird: Tanner's Flat and Albion Basin.
