I am having problems with my username not being recognized when I try and create a password
Sometimes when you go to submit the password change form from the link that was mailed to you - it says your username is not recognized.
The change password form uses a unique URL that is tied directly to your username. Make sure if you click on the link directly from your e-mail client that the entire URL is used. Some mailers do not send the entire URL to the browser. If clicking doesn't seem to work, you can copy and paste the link into your browser's address window, or retype it there. If you continue to have problems please use the contact link from this site so we can fix your problem ASAP. Include the time you had the problem, your browser version (IE 6, Safari, Firefox etc) and Operating System platform (i.e. Mac, XP, vista, linux etc)
