Report Template (pdf format)

This document shows the preferred organization of annual reports. It's fine to leave sections blank if you have nothing to report, but reporting in this manner makes it much easier to put together EC agenda, budget and "in kind" figures. It also offers a structured way to make sure we pick up on committee member and chair changes.
