Registration and Housing

1. ABS Members should request your ABS generated username here. You will also get an ID number along with your username. The ID number must be printed in the space (upper right hand side) of your registration/housing form in order for snowbird to correctly process your registration and housing information. This is critical if you wish to receive the student or member discounts on registration and housing. Please note: your Registration ID is not your password.
   Note:
   • Invited members, ASAB members, and those with a fee waiver should contact the Senior Program Officer, Dr. Jennifer Fewell at j.fewell@asu.edu
   • Nonmembers, guests/spouses do not need a Registration ID nor do they need to log in.
   • Vendors: To register a person other than the primary contact or to register additional persons at the ABS Member rate ($190 until June 5), please use the Additional Comments section and include any extra registrations in your total. Please see the main tab (upper) right, Meeting Exhibits/Vendors Information, for the forms to request ad space, exhibt space or send a donation
   • Sylvia Taylor Invited Paper Session Speakers should fax (812-856-5542) or mail (ABS, 2611 East 10th St, Bloomington IN 47408) the registration form to the ABS Central Office instead.
2. Register and request housing by downloading the ABS Lodging/Reservation and Conference Registration Form (pdf). Do not forget to include your Registration Number/ID on the form (upper right hand corner)
3. You can fax it (see form for fax number), OR send it via regular mail (smail) to (not on form):

4. Once you have sent in your form with your payment, you may start the abstract submission process.

   Cancellations

   • Cancellation of Registration: Those providing written notification of cancellation to the host (galef@mcmaster.ca) before July 3, 2006 will receive a 100% refund of their conference registration fee. Written cancellations received by the host between July 3 and 23 inclusive will receive an 80% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations received after July 23.
   • Cancellation of lodging reservations: First-night deposits will be fully refunded if cancelled prior to 48 hours of arrival. If cancellation is received within 48 hours of arrival, the first-night deposit is forfeited.

   Changes to Travel Plans

   For any changes to your travel plans (including the shuttle) you should contact the snowbird reservations agents directly at lodging@snowbird.com or 800-453-300 or 801-947-8220.
