ABS 2006 Conference Roommate Assistance (and Campling too)

Have you put off registering because costs were too high? Would you like to go to the meeting but can't afford your own room? Don't know anyone to room with you? Do you know someone (a student or colleague perhaps) who is in this situation?

include the information requested below, and I will try to hook you up with appropriate room mates. I am not responsible for actually making any reservations or arrangements-- just offering to help people find each other. I am also not responsible if you hate the person or people you room with, whether I helped you to find them or not.

1. Ideally, how many people do you want to room with? In what size room? Are you willing to share a bed? Sleep on the floor? Do you already have a reservation you are looking to share, or are you looking for someone with a room to join? Are you looking for folks to share a campsite?

2. Are you male, female or other? Do you prefer to room with male, female or no preference?

3. Do you smoke? Would you prefer to room with smoker, non-smoker or no preference?

4. In general, what kind of schedule do you plan to keep? Up for a workout before every keynote? Closing down the bar after poster sessions, etc.?

5. Is there anything else we should know about you or your preferences in a room mate?
