Exhibitors at ABS Meetings
Vendors
May set up in the Ballroom Mezzanine starting Saturday morning. Tables will remain in place until Wednesday afternoon.
Opportunities:
- Advertisements for the program guide
- Requesting Exhibit space
- Donations of Awards for various ABS Competitions
The society also offers awards to those involved in the various competitions (Allee, Founders, Genesis etc), at the meeting. If your organization would like to make a donation, please contact the ABS second-president-elect (Dr. Gerald S. Wilkinson [wilkinso@umd.edu]) or Phone: 301 405 6942 for further information.
To sign up for any of these opportunities, please fill out and submit the approprate form. You must make arrangements to send payment to the ABS Central Office, Indiana University, 2611 East 10th Street #170, Bloomington IN, 47408-2603. Payment must be received no later than July 1, 2005. Credit Card Payments can be accepted. Contact the ABS Central Office for details.
Note: To register a person other than the primary contact or to register additional persons at the ABS Member rate ($190 until June 5), please use the Additional Comments section and include any extra registrations in your total.
