How do I make sure my abstract information is saved and has been submitted to the program officer(s)
You have filled in all of the fields on the abstract, reviewed it carefully, made sure your title and abstract are the correct legnth and now you want to make sure the program officer(s) will receive your completed abstract before the deadline.
Make sure you use the drop down box by actions: to change the state of the abstract from "private" (red) to "Submit for scheduling" (orange). this will insure that your abstract information you have submitted will be viewable by the program officers when they log into the site.
