from the dept.
August 2008 Honors graduate of the University of Iowa Deptartment of Biology looking to get his feet wet in field research before graduate school in the autumn of 2010.
I am looking to get some field experience on my CV prior to graduate school in behavioral ecology and am wondering if anyone needs a field assistant for any portion of the next year. I'm also curious about whether anyone needs a graduate student for the autumn of 2010. I'd be an ideal fit for a lab looking for someone interested in both neurobiology and animal behavior -- I've worked in 2 neurobiology laboratories -- but I am interested in any behavioral research project so long as it involves field work. I have attached my CV to this post for anyone interested in a field assistant. Also: if you think I might make be a good match for your lab in 2010, my final undergraduate GPA is 3.67 and my GRE scores are 720V and 800Q.
