**[BYLAWS] (Article IV, Section 13):**

1. Represent the SICB Division of Animal Behavior to the ABS Executive Committee.

2. Coordinate Division programs and activities with those of ABS.

**[POLICY] (Section 16):**

Recommend to Executive Committee effective use of SICB funds budgeted for ABS.

**ADDITIONAL:**

1. Submit annual report to Executive Committee.

2. Send annual report and relevant materials to Historian.

3. Update this "Duties" entry, submitting suggestions to Parliamentarian.
