BYLAWS (Article IV, Section 10):
Annually award research grants of up to (U.S.) $1000 to members of ABS.
POLICY (Section 13):
Conduct research awards program according to guidelines of Policy, Section 13. Note that announcements about the availability of the awards and application procedures are to be published in the two issues of the NEWSLETTER preceding the application deadline.
ADDITIONAL:
1. Submit annual report to Executive Committee.
2. Send annual report and relevant materials to Historian. These should include research proposals and reviews.
