1. Serve at the pleasure of the ABS Executive Committee.
2. Oversee the ABS Central Office
3. Act as a liaison between Indiana University and the ABS Central Office.
4. Develop Policy concerning the ABS Central Office and submit it to the Parliamentarian.
5. Submit an annual report to the ABS Executive Committee.
6. Send an annual report and relevant materials to the Historian.
