The Second Member-at-Large serves as chair and is responsible for administering the Developing Nations Research Grants and the Latin American Travel Grants. The Third Member-at-Large serves in an advisory capacity and can help to administer the competition when called upon. The First Member-at-Large maintains and sends out rules for the Research Grants competition when requested.
