BYLAWS (Article IV, Section 14):</p>
<p>
Recommend to the Executive Committee candidates for the 
Quest, Exemplar, Distinguished Animal Behaviorist and Exceptional 
Service awards.</p>

POLICY (Section 12):</p>
<p>
Conduct career awards program according to this section 
(also BYLAWS, Article IV, Sec. 14 c and Article VI, Sec. 5).</p>
<p>
ADDITIONAL:</p>
<p>
1. Submit annual report to Executive Committee.</p>
<p>
2. Send annual report and relevant materials to 
Historian.</p>
