Modified September 2005, by Parliamentarian Jill Mateo

The Executive Committee is composed of nine elected Officers plus the three elected Members-at-Large (Constitution, Article 5). Members of the Executive Committee act as a collective body on a number of issues detailed in the Constitution and Bylaws. Officers and Members-at-Large also have individual responsibilities put forth in the Constitution, Bylaws, and Policy. These are outlined below.

The material that follows has been drafted and updated by past members of the Executive Committee to assist each new member. Please help keep the material accurate and up-to-date by providing written suggestions and corrections to the Parliamentarian for insertion into the next revised edition.
