removed: - changed: -\a. The Nomination Committee shall provide the Executive Committee a list of at least four candidates who are qualified and have agreed to serve if elected. - -\b. Each member of the Executive Committee who currently resides in the United States shall vote for two candidates. The two candidates ranking highest shall be nominated. - -\c. These names are added to two names supplied by the USECC. All four names are placed on a separate ballot included with the regular ABS ballot. A short biographical sketch of each candidate is included. - -\d. The U.S. membership of the ABS elects two of the four candidates. The person receiving the most votes is the elected delegate, the person with the next most votes is the elected alternate. - -\e. The names of the two winners are presented to the USECC for final approval. - -\f. Elections will take place on alternate years or at the request of the USECC. - -\g. The term of office shall be six years. - \a. The Animal Behavior Society shall have 3 delegates to the ICE, appointed by the Society President. \b. The President will solicit suggestions from the active ABS membership. \c. One delegate will be appointed every other year to serve a six-year term. \d. If a delegate is unable to serve, an alternate will be appointed by the President, in consultation with the delegate. \e. Delegates may be re-appointed.
