Section 1. Procedures:

a. The Animal Behavior Society shall have 3 delegates to the ICE, appointed by the Society President.

b. The President will solicit suggestions from the active ABS membership.

c. One delegate will be appointed every other year to serve a six-year term.

d. If a delegate is unable to serve, an alternate will be appointed by the President, in consultation with the delegate.

e. Delegates may be re-appointed.
