Section 1. Annual dues shall be the sum of the society membership fee plus a percentage of the cost to the society of delivering the journal to the member in the format or formats chosen by that member. Society membership fees shall be $30 for regular Members and Fellows, $20 for Members Emeritus, $18 for Student Members, $15 for Members from developing countries, and $10 for Student Members from developing countries. Regular Members and Fellows will pay 100% of the cost of delivering the journal to them, Members Emeritus and Student Members will pay 80% of that cost, and Members and Student Members from developing countries will pay 35% of that cost. Dues shall be rounded to the nearest dollar (U.S.).

Section 2. Members may apply to the Treasurer for Emeritus status upon retirement.
