-7. Each nominee who receives a majority of votes cast for that nominee and receives at least five yes votes is elected a Fellow.

The Secretary will send out the ballot and include the following instructions for an instant runoff voting system: rank the top 3 candidates from 4 to 2, with a score of "4" to the single candidate deemed most deserving.
