The President will distribute a ballot based on nominations received (including his/her nominee) and including a summary of key contributions of each nominee to all active Fellows and all members of the Executive Committee with instructions to vote yes or no for each nominee, and return the ballot within two weeks to the Secretary. *(Revised at 2000, 2007 E.C. meetings.)* - -7. Each nominee who receives a majority of votes cast for that nominee and receives at least five yes votes is elected a Fellow. 6.
