    <li>Mailing labels will be sold only if the exact materials to be mailed out have been examined and approved by the Treasurer or, in the case of non-routine requests, approved by the Executive Committee. A charge of (U.S.) $90 per 1000 labels will be made. <i>(Enacted, 1985 E.C. Meetings; revised, 1989 &amp; 2000 E.C. Meetings.)</i></li>
    <p><li> Specific requests for ABS mailing labels will be denied if 20% of the Executive Committee votes not to make them available. <i>(Enacted at the 1986 E.C. Meetings.)</i></li>
