- Mailing labels will be sold only if the exact materials to be mailed out have been examined and approved by the Treasurer or, in the case of non-routine requests, approved by the Executive Committee. A charge of (U.S.) $90 per 1000 labels will be made. (Enacted, 1985 E.C. Meetings; revised, 1989 & 2000 E.C. Meetings.)
- Specific requests for ABS mailing labels will be denied if 20% of the Executive Committee votes not to make them available. (Enacted at the 1986 E.C. Meetings.)
