- Every fourth year (beginning 1995) the Second President-elect will be designated Insurance Representative for the Society and retain that role while on the Executive Committee.
- The Insurance Representative will obtain information on the type and cost of insurance and make recommendations for action to the Executive Committee.
- The Insurance Representative will interact with insurance companies on behalf of the Society to maintain satisfactory insurance coverage, such as Directors and Officers Insurance as well as Liability Insurance.
