Messsage to all ABS members from the new public affairs chair: Gil Rosenthal

Gil Rosenthal

Dear ABS members,

I’d like to introduce myself as the new chair of the Public Affairs Committee (PAC) for ABS. Anyone who has been a regular visitor to animalbehavior.org over the past few years will know that Jill Mateo is a tough act to follow, but I will do my best to continue to publicize and promote the work done by ABS members. The Committee and I will continue to monitor the media for news featuring ABS members, but we would very much appreciate your help. If your work or that of another ABS friend/colleague receives media attention, please email me the pertinent URLs at your earliest convenience for our “Members in the News” section. . Also, if you receive a noteworthy award or publish a book, please give me all the relevant information so I can get it posted on the ABS website. We will be striving to maintain balance and particularly to promote the achievements of our student members, so please be advised that not every instance of media coverage will be posted.

Thanks for your help!

Gil
