Scientific Program Information
Call for Papers:
All persons presenting a poster or talk at the meeting (including symposium
& plenary talks) must register and submit an abstract. Abstracts should
be no longer than 1200 characters (about 200 words). Abstracts will only be
accepted from registered participants. Members in good standing may sponsor
one contributed submission, either a paper or poster presentation. Symposium
talks are not included under this limit.
Name Tags
Security personnel will be briefed to refuse access to conference facilities
to persons without nametags. Please wear your tag at all times, to avoid inconvenience
Deadlines:
Abstracts will be due by midnight on April 1, 2004.
The early registration deadline is midnight on March 15, 2004.
Late online registration will continue until the conference starts but online
payment will end on June 4.
