If you are going to be away from your e-mail you can unsubscribe by sending e-mail to cisab@gila.cisab.indiana.edu with the e-mail message:
unsubscribe absnet or unsubscribe absnet login_name@host.domain
and when you return you can subscribe again and catch up by using a World Wide Web browser and pointing it to:
http://www.cisab.indiana.edu/ABS
then selecting the button marked ``ABSnet and than BackIssues''.
In fact you can even use the CISAB WWW site to subscribe, unsubscribe and issue other commands to ABSnet as well as find additional documentation on using the e-mail server.
